Hi, I have golden blonde hair, dark blue eyes and i have fair skin. I where black mascara and eyeliner. I also where brown/gold eyeshadows, but my eyes never seem to pop. What should I where? Thanks K.

People with blue eyes look best in shades of the following colors:

Try using a cream or cream/pink color for your second eyeshadow color instead of gold. You may find that you prefer these results better than your gold eyeshadow color.

I am wearing a plum color bridesmaids dress and have dark brown color eye. What color of eye shadow should I wear?

Eye shadow should always coordinate with your eyes, not your clothes. So for a dark brown eye color you should use colors such as these:

If the first one which contains shades of plum/purple also goes well with your dress, that would be the one I would choose. The second choice is the third one. If you do not like either of those colors for your eyes and dress, then you will have to choose colors in Rust - Burnt Orange Categoy. All of the eyeshadows shown are available at

I have blond hair, blue eyes and white skin and I have senoir pictures comming up and most of my outfits are pink what color eyeshadow should I wear and how should I wear it?

Coordinate your eyeshadow to go with your eye and hair color rather than the color of your clothes. For blue eyes and blonde hair the best looking eyeshadow colors are violets and lavenders. Use the violet on the lid and in the crease of the eyelid. Use the lighter color lavender above the crease to the eyebrow bone. Eyeshadow recommendation for blue eyes and blond hair: Colosé Indien Eyeshadow Duet and Colosé Orient Eyeshadow Duet.

What eyeshadow colors are best for dark brown eyes?

Hi, I always find it hard to match an eyeshadow for my brown eyes and brow-cinammon skin color. I have really big eyes, and they are kind of almond like shape, but still I dont` know what eye shadows to use..by the way my eyelahses are really long in both the upper lid and the lower part. I use just black-grayish eyeshadow as eye liner, and sometimes some emerald or bluyish also, around the end of my eye, but never in the eyelid...so could you tell me what kind of colors I could use....? and some tips ...?

Brown eyes look great in grey, plum and pink tones as well as golds and burnt oranges. The intensity of color you wear depends on your skin tone. For a fair skin, use grey on the eylid, plum on the outer edge of the eye, and pink under the eyebrow. For a medium to deeper skin tone, the plum could be used on the lid and into the crease area. Colosé Safari Gold and Orient (deep plum) eyeshadow duets are perfect colors for you.

What color eyeshadow goes good with blue eyes and blond hair? And blue green eyes and blond hair?

For blue eyes and blond hair the best looking eyeshadow colors are violets and lavenders.

For blue/green eyes and blond hair you can stay with the above colors or choose a minty green eyeshadow for a soft look.

Eyeshadow recommendation for blue/green eyes and blonde hair: Colosé Algue Nacree Duet.

For additional info regarding this color combination for blue and blue/green eyes please see question #5 on this page.

I have very dark blue eyes that they look black. I`ve tried different eyeshadows & eyeliners, but nothing seems to work. Do you know any colors that would look good with natural auburn hair? Please help!

I find that tawny tones perk up blue eyes and lavender will also bring the blue out in your eyes. Colosé "Indien" duet eyeshadow has both of the colors you need. I also think that you should stay away from black eyeliner and mascara. Try a blue/grey mascara and either a grey or blue eyeliner pencil.
