International Orders: Retail International Orders: The exact shipping charges will be added to your order. Orders are either shipped First Class Mail or Global Priority Mail. If you choose Global Priority, the cost is higher. If you do not notify us regarding Global Priority, your order will automatically be shipped First Class Mail for packages under 4 pounds (1.8 kg) Once your package leaves the USA we are not responsible for loss or damage. It is recommended that you select registered mail. The additional postage charge for this service is approximately $12.00. If you do not choose registered mail and if the package becomes lost, then unfortunaely it is at your expense. Note: The post office does provide a small insurance indemity when packages are shipped Global Priority Mail if case they become lost or damaged, however, there are some restrictions. Non-U.S. Accounts: We recommend paying us by choosing the paypal option on our shopping cart. Regarding shipping charges, you can email us the items you want and we will notify you the shipping charges, you can then make one payment through paypal or you can pay for the items and when we receive the order we will notify you what the shipping charges are and you can make a second payment through paypal. All other countries must pre-pay their order with certified funds such as an international money order or wire transfer. If you want to pay with Mastercard, or Visa card you must provide us with an internationally accessible phone number for your card issuer so we may verify your address directly. Please call the customer service number on the back of your card or on your statement and verify that they can provide a merchant in the USA with address verification at that phone number. If so, please email us that telephone number. Make-Up USA has the right to ask you for the name of your credit card issuing bank along with their telephone number in order for us to verify your credit card.
