Product Description
Apply over lipstick to help it last longer and to prevent the color from kissing off. Prevents lipstick from feathering or bleeding.
Directions
Gently blot lipstick. With lips slightly parted, apply a thin layer to outer lip. Wipe brush, redip and apply a thin layer to balance of lip. Let set for 15 seconds with lips slightly parted. Lick lips. Always brush in the same direction. Always wipe both sides of brush before dipping. Avoid oily foods, such as salad dressing.
